‘Cromatico’ sound sculpture

‘Cromatico’ is square, made from concrete, with a lot of openings and different sized chambers. From the outside it resembles the keys of a piano, whilst not looking like that at all. It echoes and reverberates if you make noise inside it, with the ceiling of every chamber bearing the name of a musical note. It was designed by acoustic artist Lukas Kühne, who says that since every space in the cube can be made to ‘sing’, you’ll feel just as much at home in ‘Cromatico’ as you do singing in your own shower. So come to Tallinn’s Song Festival Grounds and make your own kind of music!
