Pakri waterfall

The waterfall falling down from the limestone plateau of up to 23 m high escarpment is almost 6 m in height. On the talus just below the escarpment the waterfall continues up to the sea with a cascade of almost 15 m in height. It is mainly the Middle Ordovician limestone that outcrops in the waterfall escarpment. Pakri Waterfall originates from the period before World War Two. Pakri Waterfall roaring in white foam can be admired only in spring. Usually the waterfall is dry or its location is marked only by a tiny trickle.
Pakri Waterfall does not offer huge impressions, but in compensation Cape Pakri located in the vicinity offers a magnificent view unfolding from the klint plateau.
