The cloister of the Dominican Monastery in Tallinn

The medieval Dominican Monastery has been the junction for various cultures throughout the ages.

Only the eastern wing of the three wings of the original Dominican Monastery survives. In addition to a regular visit, you can order a guided tour of the monastery. Dormitory, eastern cloister, sacristy, chapter hall, bedrooms, library, refectory, and living quarters offer an interesting glimpse into the everyday life of medieval monks.
You should not overlook the energy column located in the cellar.
We also offer special programmes for those who are interested in experiencing the spiritual atmosphere of a medieval monastery.
