Restaurant Wicca is located in Laulasmaa at LaSpa Hotel, next to a pine forest and the sea. The internationally recognized restaurant’s kitchen invites you to explore modern Estonian flavors through the best seasonal ingredients. Almost all ingredients come from Estonia: they are grown by small producers or gathered from the forest, sea, meadow, and field.

In Chef Angelica Udeküll’s signature style, pure flavors, creative combinations, and Estonian and Nordic food traditions meet. Wild herbs, edible flowers, and organic products give the dishes character and tell their stories of origin. The menu features local fish, game meat, mushrooms, seasonal vegetables, and Wicca’s own breads – familiar tastes are presented in surprising new ways.

You can choose between individual dishes and a five- or eight-course tasting journey. Careful ingredient use, a sustainable mindset, and waste reduction add value to the experience beyond taste.
